For a given lesion, Tractotron provides a probability of disconnection for almost all known tracts (Foulon et al., 2018). The probability corresponds to the lesioned voxel with the highest % value; therefore, patients with a probability of disconnection >50% (=0.5) are usually considered as disconnected. Values of 1 indicate maximal probability of tract disconnection. Tracts that exceed the 50% of probability of disconnection are shown in bold. The table shows for each tract the mean value, the standard deviation and the number of patients that exceed the 0.5 probability of disconnection, for each group.
