In the article “Dynamics of GnRH Neuron Ionotropic GABA and Glutamate Synaptic Receptors Are Unchanged during Estrogen Positive and Negative Feedback in Female Mice,” by Xinhuai Liu, Robert Porteous, and Allan E. Herbison, which appeared on e0259-17.2017 of the September/October, 2017, issue, there was an error in the manuscript type selected as Research Article: Failure to Replicate, since the article used a mouse model different to prior research and thus was not a direct replication. The present article examined a mouse model in which negative and positive feedback occurred over days, similar to the 5-d mouse estrous cycle. Prior studies had used a different mouse model, in which negative and positive feedback occurred every day.
