2016, Materials Science and Engineering CCitation Excerpt :It can be found that the magnetosome number ratio before and after optimization was 0.4, but the iron content ratio was 0.47. This inconsistency was because iron was present primarily in the form of magnetosome and/or the total number of magnetosome per cell analyzed by TEM ultrathin sections had to be taken as an underestimate [10,41]. XRD is a nondestructive and helpful technique used to identify the crystallinity of solid materials.
